Founder
Tyler Jennings is an accomplished operator and investor. He has worked in the venture world, mentoring and guiding emerging businesses. As an operator, he has founded and scaled multiple companies, and previously led a $100M+ revenue division of a multinational corporation. Tyler has been instrumental in managing complex acquisitions and integrations, working closely with founders, investment bankers, and internal teams.
With a versatile background across SaaS, fintech, hardware/IOT, retail, media, marketplace tech, energy management, and data centers, Tyler has demonstrated leadership in product, strategy, and sales. His expertise extends to consulting, where he has advised numerous businesses on innovation and go-to-market strategies. He now sits on the board of several companies, working with owners and operators to optimize performance.
Passionate about fostering entrepreneurial growth, Tyler leads the Reference Group, a community dedicated to helping builders and investors elevate their ventures through collaborative learning and support. Tyler also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University, shepherding students participating in the Sandbox Program. His dedication to empowering startups reflects his deep commitment to driving business success and innovation.
